Client Challenge

Our client wanted to launch a product in a very intimate way to connect with their sales force. All of the client creative was designed around the theme of “Let’s talk,” which was a play on words for the device launch.

The client knew that a traditional meeting setup was not the appropriate feel for their launch, and looked to Dyventive for a more unique approach.




 

Dyventive Solution

Dyventive created an environment that brought the audience in close to the key messages. This included an immersive 180’ video surround along with the creative use of soft seating. Lighting and video vignettes set the mood to highlight the very emotional patient stories that were selected.

Final Result

The audience felt much more connected to the information being presented and as a result the atmosphere was much more conversational. The entire room was able to tie in the key messages of the client’s launch goals, resulting in an exponentially more engaging program for the field force.
